Warranty overview

Atelier & Verre Warranty

83 Fitness provides a one-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for Atelier and Verre equipment supplied under your confirmed order. During this period, cover includes technical support, replacement parts and corrective maintenance and repairs for eligible product-quality faults.

Warranty period and covered equipment

The warranty lasts 12 months from the recorded delivery date, unless a different start date or longer period is agreed in writing. It applies to the original purchaser and the equipment and supplied attachments listed in the order confirmation. Any longer cover already promised remains in place.

Covered equipment includes Atelier and Verre machines, racks, adjustable benches and equipped storage sets purchased from 83 Fitness. Suitability for residential, studio, hospitality or other commercial use must be confirmed for the particular model.

The complete unit is covered for manufacturing defects during the one-year period, including:

• Frames and structures: faulty materials, joints, welds and structural workmanship.
• Mechanical components: defects in supplied cables, pulleys, bearings, guides, adjustment mechanisms and fixings.
• Wood and upholstery: faulty wood veneer bonding, cowhide leather, stitching and finish application.
• Glass and supplied equipment: manufacturing defects in glass panels, racks, weights, barbells and attachments included in the confirmed order.

Normal wear and natural material variation are subject to the exclusions below.

What the warranty includes

Technical support: guidance on equipment operation, fault diagnosis and maintenance throughout the warranty period, including remote assistance where appropriate.

Replacement parts: parts needed to correct an accepted manufacturing defect are supplied free of charge, including eligible wood veneer and cowhide leather components.

Maintenance and repairs: necessary inspection, adjustment and repair work to correct an accepted manufacturing defect is included without charge when arranged or approved by 83 Fitness. Routine cleaning and preventive upkeep remain the owner's responsibility.

How service is arranged

We will confirm the remedy and service method before work begins. Site visits, technician travel, specialist lifting, installation or reinstallation, and freight or customs arrangements must be agreed in writing for the order or claim. Any customer-payable costs outside the covered remedy will be quoted and agreed in advance.

Please contact us before appointing a technician or returning equipment so we can arrange or approve the work. These terms do not limit remedies or costs we must provide by law.

Installation and owner care

Installation follows the agreed order scope. Qualified local installers may assemble and anchor equipment without invalidating cover. Follow the supplied instructions and load limits. The owner handles routine cleaning and preventive upkeep in a suitable dry indoor environment. Retain installation and maintenance records, and stop use if a fault could affect safety.

What is excluded

The following are excluded unless caused by a covered manufacturing defect or a remedy is required by law:

• Normal wear of grips, cables, upholstery or finishes, and routine cleaning and preventive upkeep unrelated to a manufacturing defect.
• Natural wood or leather variation and normal ageing that do not affect agreed specifications or safe function.
• Damage from misuse, overloading, impact, accidents, unsuitable cleaning, moisture or improper storage.
• Damage from incorrect assembly, anchoring or relocation, unauthorised modifications or incompatible components.

Exclusions apply to the affected fault only; unrelated manufacturing defects remain covered. Transit damage is handled under the agreed delivery terms and applicable cargo cover.

How to make a claim

1. Contact us. Email customerservice@83fitness.com with your order number, model, serial number if available, delivery date, installation address and a description of the fault.
2. Provide evidence. Supply clear photographs and retain the damaged component for inspection or return as instructed. If retention is unsafe or impossible, contact us about alternative evidence. Without sufficient evidence, we may be unable to verify and accept the claim.
3. Agree the next step. We will assess the fault and confirm the technical support, parts, maintenance or repair required, together with service arrangements and any costs outside cover.

Report visible delivery damage or incorrect items within 48 hours, and manufacturing faults promptly after discovery. The delivery reporting window does not shorten this warranty. Assembly or use alone does not prevent a valid defect claim.

Support after the warranty period

After expiry, maintenance and repairs are chargeable; replacement parts are supplied at cost, subject to availability. Labour, freight and other expenses will be quoted before work. Repairs for damage caused by improper use are also chargeable.

Revolver Dumbbell warranty

The Revolver Dumbbell is backed by a separate two-year warranty and replacement parts support. The one-year Atelier and Verre warranty above does not reduce that cover. For assistance, email customerservice@83fitness.com with your order details and a description of the issue.

Your legal rights

This policy preserves mandatory legal rights, including longer legal protection, and more favourable written commitments. Its express cover applies despite general website warranty disclaimers.
